If you do not agree to the ToU, please do not use the Sites. However, you will still be bound by the ToU as they existed when you last used/accessed the Sites.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION – JURISDICTION AND CHOICE OF LAW

These Terms are governed by Florida law. Any dispute shall be brought in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
